We are looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier & Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, handle transactions accurately, and assist customers with their shopping needs.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a positive shopping experience
- Operate the cash register and process cash, card, and digital payments accurately
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policy
- Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and recommend items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked sales floor
- Keep track of inventory and inform management of low stock items
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when needed
- Balance the cash register at the start and end of each shift
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets
- Follow all company policies regarding safety, loss prevention, and store procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or cashier work preferred (not always required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and comfort handling money and POS systems
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
