About the Role
We are seeking a Cashier to manage day-to-day cash transactions for the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves receiving cash and cheques, posting transactions, managing petty cash, and depositing cash daily.

Responsibilities
- Receive cash and cheques from Parts and Service customers and issue receipts and update customer files
- Post all cash and cheque transactions into system
- Ensure all monthly sales invoicing is completed on a timely basis
- Ensure all PDCs are banked and reconciliation against client account is completed
- Deposit cash into the bank on a daily basis
- Manage petty cash and reconciliation, and upload completed work into the system
- Improve processes and maintain procedure documentation
- Learn key roles and responsibilities of other team members
- Perform ad hoc duties when required

- Diploma in finance/accounting or related field
- Minimum experience of 2 years in relevant field

Role Purpose
