Cashier HS-102

- Seeks advice from the Assistant Manager when limits of authority to resolve customer complaints are unclear.

- Operates a register and handles cash and credit card transactions.

- Greet and assists customers while anticipating their needs.

- Counts, organize, and balance cash drawer; fill out the cashier slip; and make deposits.

- Maintains a clean, well-stocked store as directed by management in their assigned duties.

- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.

- Complies with company policies, federal and state laws regarding age-restricted sales of products such as tobacco and alcohol.

- Follows safe food handling procedures in accordance with company.

- Maintains safe conditions and follows procedures in times of inclement weather, damage to the property or unforeseen emergencies.

- Strict compliance of cash handling procedures, shift accounting, fuel operations and inventory accountability.

- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.
