Responsibilities
- Processing Transactions: Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions. Issue receipts and manage cash registers or point of sale (POS) systems.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Order Management: Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Communicate orders to the kitchen staff if applicable.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the cashier area clean and organized. Ensure that the dining area or front counter is tidy and presentable.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels of cash register supplies (like paper rolls) and notify management when supplies are low. Occasionally assist in stocking items or supplies in the dining area.
- Ending Shift Duties: Balance cash drawers at the end of shifts and prepare cash deposits. Report discrepancies or issues with cash handling to management.
Pay
- AED3,000.00 AED3,500.00 per month
