Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Process customer orders accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit and debit cards, and other payment methods accurately.
- Issue receipts and ensure transactions are properly recorded.
- Count and maintain the cash drawer and ensure sufficient change is available.
- Verify prices, discounts, promotions, and special offers before completing transactions.
- Assist customers with menu inquiries, product information, and order requests.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to process orders correctly and efficiently.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and refer serious issues to supervisors or management.
- Prepare daily cash reports and assist with end-of-shift cash reconciliation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and surrounding area.
- Follow company policies, food safety standards, cash-handling procedures, and security requirements.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 2,500 to QAR 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Doha.
Employment Type
The job is full-time.
