Work as a Cashier in a supermarket environment.
Support customer transactions and related supermarket duties.
Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register and POS system accurately.
- Scan purchases and process cash, card, and other payment transactions.
- Issue receipts and provide correct change.
- Maintain cash records and complete daily reconciliation.
- Assist customers politely and professionally.
- Keep the cashier counter clean and organized.
- Assist with basic stock checking and other supermarket duties when required.
- Follow company policies and cash-handling procedures.
Requirements
- English and Hindi speaking ability is required.
- Previous cashier or supermarket/retail experience is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills are required.
- Basic mathematical skills, cash-handling ability, and POS knowledge are required.
- Candidates should be honest, responsible, punctual, and well-presented.
- Candidates must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
- The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced supermarket environment.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
