- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or training in customer service or coffee preparation is preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in cafés, restaurants, or the hospitality industry is preferred
- Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn and develop are encouraged to apply

Job Purpose
