Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Receive customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system.
- Process cash, card, and electronic payments and issue receipts.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and reconcile daily cash transactions.
- Prepare hot and cold beverages following standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Serve orders promptly while maintaining product quality and presentation.
- Promote additional products and suggestive selling to increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter, coffee station, equipment, and work area.
- Operate, clean, and perform routine maintenance on coffee machines and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages of ingredients and supplies.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or training in customer service or coffee preparation is preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in cafés, restaurants, or the hospitality industry is preferred
- Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn and develop are encouraged to apply
