What Will You Do?
Ensure that insurance cash payments and receipting functions operate in line with in-force SLAs with business users.
Ensure that automated and manual cash-related financial ledger postings are correctly allocated by legal entity and are processed within required deadlines.
Follow up on head-office generated bank reconciliation queries in a timely manner, ensuring queries are cleared within one month.
Ensure individual bank account funding is at appropriate levels.
Preparation of short- and longer-term cash flow summaries.
Compile financial data for variance analysis and reporting of results against expectations. Perform less complex analysis.
Utilize appropriate tools to obtain data necessary to support financial analysis and create financial transactions. Responsibilities may include extracting and analyzing data.
Prepare, evaluate and complete less complex analyses to support financial/business plans, budget and forecasts for the organisation.
Engage with US and UK colleagues on cash management initiatives, including process and system changes.
Support the continuous improvement of cashiering and cash management processes and controls.
Perform other duties as assigned.
