Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Immigration Case Manager to manage residency and immigration applications for Portugal, Spain, Canada, and New Zealand programs.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client cases from onboarding through application submission and approval while ensuring compliance with immigration requirements and maintaining excellent client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end immigration and residency applications for Portugal, Spain, Canada, and New Zealand.
- Conduct initial client assessments and explain program requirements, eligibility criteria, timelines, and documentation.
- Collect, review, and verify client documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare application forms, cover letters, supporting documentation, and submission packages.
- Coordinate with immigration authorities, lawyers, government departments, and overseas partners.
- Track application progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate case records, CRM updates, and document management systems.
- Ensure all applications comply with current immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Assist clients with residency renewals, family reunification applications, visa extensions, and related immigration services.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and resolve case related issues promptly.
- Monitor program updates and regulatory changes affecting immigration and residency programs.
- Support the sales team with technical guidance and eligibility assessments when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration consulting, visa processing, or case management.
- Strong knowledge of Portugal, Spain, Canada, and New Zealand immigration/residency programs.
- Excellent document review and case management skills.
- Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under deadlines.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Portugal Golden Visa, D7 Visa, Digital Nomad Visa, and Residency Renewals.
- Knowledge of Spain Residency Programs, Canadian Immigration Pathways, and New Zealand Work & Residence Programs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
