The Role
The Carrier Performance Manager leads measurement, management, and improvement of carrier performance across regional and international logistics operations.
The role establishes standards, monitors service levels, analyzes operational data, manages reviews, resolves recurring issues, and develops improvement plans.
The position is fully remote in the United Arab Emirates and is full-time.
Performance Management
- Develop carrier performance strategies aligned with transportation and supply-chain objectives.
- Establish service standards, KPIs, SLAs, scorecards, and performance targets.
- Monitor pickup, transit, delivery, capacity, communication, documentation, and exception performance.
- Analyze trends, identify recurring failures and risks, and conduct carrier business reviews.
- Prepare scorecards, dashboards, reports, and executive performance summaries.
Improvement and Collaboration
- Identify root causes of late deliveries, missed pickups, capacity shortages, damages, claims, and service failures.
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans and track them through closure.
