We are currently hiring an experienced **Carpenter Supervisor** for a short-term construction project in Doha, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements.
Key Requirements
- 6–10 years of proven experience in the construction industry
- Strong expertise in shuttering/formwork systems including:
- Slabs
- Beams
- Columns
- Ability to supervise carpentry teams and ensure quality workmanship
- Must possess valid educational certificates and experience documents
- Freelance candidates are highly preferred
- Candidates currently available in Qatar with immediate joining availability will be given priority
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate carpentry and shuttering activities on site
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards
- Monitor workforce productivity and material usage
- Inspect formwork installations and ensure alignment with construction drawings
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams
