Role Overview
Supervise and lead carpentry teams for reinforced-concrete, shuttering, and formwork works.
Construction Responsibilities
- Plan and distribute daily work among carpenters and workers.
- Execute and supervise formwork, shuttering, and reinforcement-related carpentry according to approved drawings.
- Read and interpret structural drawings, dimensions, levels, and specifications.
- Ensure proper formwork alignment, leveling, dimensions, and installation before concrete casting.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other construction teams.
- Monitor work progress, manpower productivity, and material requirements.
- Inspect completed carpentry and formwork for quality and safety compliance.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and project requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, dimensions, levels, and specifications.
- Ability to supervise reinforced-concrete, shuttering, and formwork carpentry works according to approved drawings.
