Carpenter

Education/Skills/Experience

• We are looking for an experienced carpenter with 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience in carpentry with residential renovations.
• Strong knowledge of structural carpentry, framing methods, and rural repair techniques.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Ability to read plans and measurements accurately.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn and take direction.
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, climbing, and working in various conditions.
• Understanding of job-site safety and basic building code requirements.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Working and Physical Demands: • Ability to stand for long periods of time, able to crouch, bend and kneel, as well as
• capable of heavy lifting and carrying of materials. • Able to climb ladders and comfortable working at heights and elevated platforms. • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity is essential. • Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
• Pay Rate: $35.00/hr.
