- Install, repair, and refinish marine grade woodwork, cabinetry, furniture, decking, and fittings.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials according to specifications.
- Inspect and identify damaged wooden components and recommend repair solutions.
- Operate carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with yacht refit and refurbishment projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and marine industry standards.
- Work closely with supervisors and other maintenance team members to complete projects on schedule.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Carpenter, preferably in yacht maintenance, boat building, or the marine industry.
- Ability to read technical drawings and work from specifications.
- Good knowledge of woodworking tools, materials, and finishing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor marine environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Short Job Description
