Responsibilities
- Provide hands on support to individuals in daily activities, including social skills, community outings, personal care, shopping, and budgeting
- Document activities, follow care plans, and maintain accurate and confidential information
- Build relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and case managers
- Report health concerns, incidents, or safety issues
- Assist with medication (if trained) and monitor health needs
- Help prepare meals, follow dietary plans, and support healthy eating
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through light cleaning and safety checks
- Drive individuals to outings, appointments, or errands
Requirements
- Must be 18+
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to complete required 2 week training
- Comfortable with occasional lifting and physical activity

- Speak Up: report health concerns, incidents, or safety issues
Health & Safety
- Healthcare Support: accompany to appointments, help with medications (if trained), monitor health needs, follow emergency procedures
- Food Fun: help prep meals, follow dietary plans, support healthy eating
- Keep Spaces Safe & Clean: light cleaning, safety checks, seasonal chores
- Get Out In The Community: drive individuals to outings, appointments, or errands
The Basics
- Must be 18+
- High school diploma or equivalent
