  • Critical need for Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
  • Weekend Shifts and Overnight Shifts form 8:00 pm to 8:00 am also available
  • Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance plus reliable transportation
  • Continuity in homes is critical so must be willing to commit to weekly schedule

What You Will Do

  • Safely guide and assist clients with transfer, mobility and movement through the home
  • Utilize a gait belt to ensure safe transfer when directed by care plan
  • Support with personal cares including showering/bathing, toileting, incontinence, grooming,dressing and hygiene
  • Prepare balanced meals and snacks based on individual dietary needs
  • Use dementia- care experience to navigate cognitive changes and communicate with patience and respect
  • Ability to follow and provide guidance for established exercise or therapy plans
  • Comfortable assisting with grocery shopping, errands, and willing to provide transportation when required
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable living environment through light housekeeping, household organization, laundry, and routine household tasks
