About the Role
CareZone Home Healthcare is hiring a full-time, on-site Caregiver in Dubai to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include assistance with bathing, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, hands on support to clients in their homes
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor client well being and prepare simple meals
- Support medication reminders as directed
- Maintain a clean, safe environment
- Follow individualized care plans and document observations
- Report changes in clients' conditions to supervisors or healthcare professionals
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Communicate respectfully with clients and their families
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or similar role
- Knowledge of basic caregiving practices including hygiene assistance, safe lifting and transfer techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow care plans and document observations
- Reliability and time management skills
- Understanding of basic health and safety procedures and infection control
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages an advantage
- Relevant caregiving or healthcare training or certification preferred
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and comply with local employment requirements
