About the Role
Al Sultan Health Services is seeking a full-time, on-site Caregiver in Doha, Qatar. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, monitor client conditions, and offer companionship.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility support, and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical or emotional condition
- Follow care plans and support basic health and safety routines
- Offer companionship and encourage client independence where possible
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
- Perform light housekeeping tasks related to client care
- Adhere to all organizational policies and infection control standards
Requirements
- Experience in personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, and basic mobility support
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Ability to follow care plans, observe and report health changes, and maintain accurate basic documentation
- Knowledge of basic hygiene, safety, and infection control practices
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, reliability, and respect for client dignity and cultural preferences
- Previous caregiving, nursing aide, or home health aide experience preferred
- Relevant caregiving certification or training preferred
- Ability to work full time on site in Doha, Qatar, including potential shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English communication skills required
