The Opportunity
- We are seeking a qualified Senior Legal Counsel to manage the company’s legal affairs and ensure legal services meet international standards while protecting the interests of the business and its shareholders.
- Candidates _without_ the following will not be considered:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM)
- 5–7 years of experience as an in-house lawyer or with a reputed international law firm
- Strong exposure to international law and cross-border transactions
- Demonstrated experience in:
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Corporate and Commercial Law
- Contract and agreement drafting and review
- Corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
