About The Role

To assist the Trade Marketing Manager in coordinating the implementation of effective category and product planograms, in store & outdoor branding and POSM, in-store promotion activities with the Regional Sales team which will deliver overall increased sales growth and profit for Almarai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planogram schedules to ensure continuous updates and optimal presentation of Almarai fridges and rented category spaces.
  • Ensure all Almarai products are merchandised according to essential merchandising standards.
  • Oversee the requirements, implementation, and maintenance of campaign POS materials and NPD listings across targeted sub‑channels.
  • Manage event coordination and sponsorship requests to support product awareness initiatives.
  • Handle local supplier coordination, including preparing and submitting necessary documentation to Head Office, CPD, and Finance.
  • Support in‑store branding and POSM project execution in collaboration with regional sales and merchandising teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in FMCG marketing or sales promotion.
  • Experience in category management is required.
  • English Fluency
