- Proven track record in facility start ups, expansions, and validation activities
- Strong analytical, decision making, and strategic planning capabilities
- Certifications such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 (Lead Auditor preferred)

Key Requirements Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food/Dairy Science, Microbiology, Applied Science, or related discipline.
- Master's degree is an advantage.
- Certifications such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 (Lead Auditor preferred).
Key Requirements Experience
