This part time Career Counselor role is a hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with some flexibility for work from home arrangements.

Daily activities include conducting counseling sessions, reviewing academic and professional profiles, and recommending suitable courses, programs, and career tracks.
The role involves supporting high school students with subject selection, portfolio building, and university application planning, as well as advising professionals on upskilling, career transitions, and returning to the workforce.
The Career Counselor will maintain accurate records of sessions, collaborate with colleagues on program development, and stay informed about evolving education systems, labor market trends, and global university admission requirements.

Strong skills in Career Counseling, Student Counseling, and Career Development to provide personalized guidance across age groups.
Experience with Career Management and long term planning, including helping individuals navigate transitions and build future readiness.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to conduct effective counseling sessions and present complex information clearly.
Relevant academic background in Psychology, Education, Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field.
Prior experience in academic advising, career services, or coaching, ideally with exposure to international curricula and university admissions.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Comfort using digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and remote counseling sessions.
Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the Abu Dhabi region are an advantage.
