Responsibilities
- Conduct one on one consultations with real estate brokers to assess their experience and goals.
- Manage a pipeline of broker candidates, guiding them through the decision making process.
- Provide clear, balanced information about different brokerage environments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brokerage information is up to date and accurately presented.
- Contribute to resources, tools, or workshops that help brokers understand career paths in UAE real estate.
- Manage ongoing relationships with both brokers and brokerages to promote long term alignment and professional growth.
Requirements
- Strong skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal and written communication
- Background in recruitment, talent acquisition, or advisory roles within real estate or professional services
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market, brokerage structures, and commission models is a plus
- Ability to work on site in Dubai
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Counseling, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with CRM or candidate management tools and basic office software

Role Description
- The Career Consultant will work full time on site in Dubai, supporting real estate brokers in making informed and strategic career decisions.
- Conduct one on one consultations, assess candidates’ experience and goals, and advise them on suitable brokerage opportunities.
- Manage a pipeline of broker candidates, guiding them through the decision making process.
- Provide clear, balanced information about different brokerage environments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brokerage information is up to date and accurately presented.
- Contribute to resources, tools, or workshops that help brokers understand career paths in UAE real estate.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management.

- Background in recruitment, talent acquisition, or advisory roles within real estate or professional services is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market, brokerage structures, and commission models is a plus.
