Care Practitioner

Caron Group is a family of care homes across mid and south Wales. We have been operating in the care sector for twenty two years and specialise in residential, nursing and dementia care for older people. We are currently undergoing an exciting chapter in our growth and are looking for dedicated individuals to join us on this journey.

We are looking for Care Practitioners who are either experienced or wish to pursue a career in the Care Sector to join our family. As a Care Practitioner, you’ll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of the individuals to help us deliver the quality care they deserve.
