• Greet clients and visitors upon arrival
• Answer phone calls and provide information to clients and referral source
• Process incoming and outgoing email, mail, and faxes
• Collect payment at time of service
• Coordinate scheduling of client appointments
• Assist clients with completing paperwork at the clinic
• Obtain and promote Google reviews
• Provide administrative support to the clinical team
• Assist with laundry, clean-up, and general tidiness of clinic

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer and keyboarding skills, with minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Customer service skills and telephone etiquette
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
• Attention to detail and accuracy with follow through on all tasks
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Experience in a similar role is a strong asset
