Role Overview
Support clients to continue living independently and on their own terms.
Provide relationship-led care across Newport, Market Drayton, and Telford.
Minimum one-hour visits allow time to build trusted relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship, reassurance, and high-quality care.
- Assist with daily activities and practical tasks.
- Provide personal care while maintaining clients' safety, comfort, and dignity.
- Accompany clients on shopping trips, appointments, and social activities.
- Support independence and wellbeing in clients' own homes and communities.
Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence required.
- Access to a reliable vehicle required.
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to make a difference are required.
- Previous experience and qualifications are not required.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay starts at £13.20 per hour, with double pay on bank holidays.
