Lead scheme certification activities covering MIP, SIT, UAT, performance, security, and production-readiness testing.
Configure authorization, authentication, settlement, and dispute management processes.
Coordinate delivery across processors, personalization bureaus, payment schemes, compliance, product, and engineering teams.
Manage project governance, risk tracking, milestone reporting, and production stabilization after go-live.

Complete BIN setup and payment scheme certification within project timelines.

Deliver technical milestones on schedule.

Launch without critical P1 or P2 defects.

Successfully roll out Apple Pay, Google Pay, and xPay.

Maintain high stakeholder satisfaction and effective governance reporting.

Ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual support after production launch.

Ability to lead end-to-end technical implementation of consumer credit, prepaid or wallet, and commercial card programs.
Ability to coordinate payment processors, personalization bureaus, payment schemes, compliance, product, and engineering teams.
