Card Services Representative

Will assist with support questions from customers and employees regarding Visa Check card ordering, troubleshooting and disputes.

Will resolve Enfact cases.

Will support digital wallet services including ApplePay, GooglePay and SamsungPay.

Compile month-end department reports and reconcile internal bank accounts.

Assist with keeping procedures updated.

Equivalent to a high school education.

Position may require travel outside bank.

Working knowledge of personal computer and the suite of Microsoft Office products.

Must be accurate and detail oriented.

Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers.

Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently.
