Job Summary
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of company vehicles, workshop premises, offices, and assigned areas.
Clean rental and customer vehicles to company standards while maintaining a safe, organized, and hygienic environment.
Vehicle Cleaning
- Wash, clean, and dry rental and customer vehicles inside and outside.
- Vacuum interiors and clean dashboards, windows, seats, floor mats, and trunk areas.
- Polish and detail vehicles as required and report visible damage or maintenance issues.
Workshop and Facility Cleaning
- Clean workshop floors, offices, reception, washrooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Dispose of waste, maintain waste disposal areas, refill cleaning supplies, and organize cleaning materials.
Equipment and Safety
- Operate pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, and other cleaning equipment safely.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and follow manufacturer guidance for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Use appropriate PPE and report accidents, hazards, or unsafe conditions immediately.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school education or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in vehicle washing, cleaning, housekeeping, or automotive services is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning techniques and products is required.
- Basic English communication skills are required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is advantageous.
- The role requires physical fitness for standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive manual work.
Working Conditions
- The work location is in person in an indoor and outdoor environment.
- The role involves exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, heat, and dust.
- The role includes standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive physical activity.
Performance Expectations
Complete vehicle cleaning according to the daily schedule and maintain vehicle and facility cleanliness standards.
Handle and maintain cleaning equipment properly and comply with health and safety procedures.
Meet expectations for timely task completion, attendance, punctuality, and teamwork.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,600 to AED 2,000 per month.
