Manage maintenance service schedules for car wash customers within assigned territory.

Perform pre-scheduled maintenance services for car wash customers, including:

Safely and efficiently operating a vacuum truck

Removing and replacing separator lids and pulling trenches

Operating a transfer pump and pressure washer

Removing heavy sludge and solid material

Operating a Line Jetter and other specialized equipment

Completing EPA compliance documentation and data entry using a mobile device

Collaborate with Regional Managers, Branch Managers, and Vacuum Sales and Service Representatives to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Implement service and safety protocols, maintenance schedules, and best practices to optimize performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Provide technical training to sales and service teams to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Non-standard work schedule required, including hours performed after car washing facilities have closed
