Job Objectives & Responsibilities
- A – General:
- Consistent adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Interacting with clients in a polite, pleasant and confident manner from point of entry to exit.
- All cleaning protocols are to be performed as instructed by your shift Team Leader.
- Equipment, cleaning agents, chemicals, and cleaning tools are to be used, kept and handled as per company protocols.
B – Daily Shift Duty
1.
Reporting to duty to your shift Team Leader on time and well-groomed.
2.
Following your Team Leader’s daily shift briefing.
3.
Directing clients’ cars to the designated service area.
4.
Remove car mats and shake debris out.
Dirt and debris have to be vacuumed from the carpets.
5.
A general check needs to be done for any valuables, which need to be left untouched if any are found.
6.
Fulfill cleaning protocol with the appropriate use of designated cleaning materials and equipment:
6.1 Cautious with the equipment used and not scratching the vehicle.
6.2 Use detergents to wipe down the interior of the car.
6.3 Clean the dash and console with a soft cloth.
7.
Carry out a final visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their perfect condition before sending them to the designated service area.
8.
Perform cleaning of the facility and ensure everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized.
9.
Shift is 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
Work is indoors so no direct sunlight exposure.
10.
No Accomodation and No Transportation provided.
11.
Average monthly tips (in addition to salary) approximately AED 200 - AED 300
