Responsibilities
- Deal with 100+ customer enquiries daily.
- Contact customers relating to online finance applications to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
- Confirm customer purchase details.
- Handle customer service queries.
- Offer advice and support throughout the sales process, from application through to customer collection/delivery.
- Close deals and offer additional warranty products.
- Follow company compliance requirements.
Job Specifics
- Salary £50000/year OTE.
- Remote working dealing with online/telephone based sales.
- Reporting to the Call Centre Team Manager.
- Weekend availability required.
- Onsite parking available.
- Located in the town centre with access to shops and transport links.
- No cold calling!
Education and Experience
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
- Car Sales: 2 years (preferred).
