Overview

• This is a full-time on-site role for an expert Car Polisher Manager at Paint Protection Solutions located in Al Quoz, Dubai.
• The Car Polisher will be responsible for teaching auto detailing, polishing, and managing the vehicles using professional-grade polishing equipment, compounds, and techniques.
• You will play a key role in delivering a flawless, showroom-quality finish for our clients’ vehicles and handling the workshop and the polishing team.
• Proven experience as a **Car Polisher / Automotive Detailer / Paint Correction Specialist**.
• Strong knowledge of different polishing machines.
• Understanding of paint types, clear coats, and detailing products.
• Ability to identify and correct surface defects (oxidation, holograms, swirl marks).
• Physically fit with stamina to perform hands-on polishing tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing top-quality finishes.
• Good time management and ability to work under deadlines.
• Can manage and teach proper techniques to upcoming employees.
• Can maintain a dicipline and productive work group.
• Has 5 to 6 years in car detailing and polishing here in the UAE.
