Seeking a reliable and organized Car Park Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of parking facilities and ensure efficient service delivery.Key
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate parking facility operations.
- Oversee collection, reconciliation, and depositing of parking revenues.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate car park staff.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and operational issues.
- Prepare operational and revenue reports.
- Coordinate staff schedules and shift coverage.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in parking operations, facilities supervision, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic administrative and reporting skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with cash handling and revenue reconciliation.
- Knowledge of parking management systems and equipment.
- Valid UAE driver’s license preferred.
