AZ Cars is seeking a motivated and confident Sales Representative for its automotive sales business.
The role is based in Al Quoz or JVC, Dubai, and is full-time.
The position supports customers buying and selling vehicles with a focus on service, transparency, and fast transactions.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding the sale of their vehicles.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally by phone and in person.
- Liaise with the company network to help complete vehicle sales efficiently.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle selling process.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and customer information.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
Requirements
- A valid UAE driving licence is required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Confidence speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure is required.
- A professional appearance and positive attitude are required.
- Basic computer skills are required.
