The Car Care Team Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily car care operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, team productivity, and customer satisfaction.
The role involves leading technicians and car care staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth workflow on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily car care operations (washing, detailing, polishing, PPF, etc.).
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure work is completed within scheduled timelines.
- Ensure quality control standards are consistently met.
- Train, guide, and support team members to improve performance and skills.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and overall team behavior.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and management for smooth workflow.
- Handle minor customer concerns professionally and escalate when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the work area.
- Prepare daily reports on productivity, completed jobs, and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in car care, detailing, or automotive service.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of car detailing processes and products.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Basic reporting and documentation skills.
