Overview
We are looking for an experienced and professional Car Care Supervisor to join our growing automotive team in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily car care operations
- Lead and monitor car wash, detailing, polishing, and PPF/coating teams
- Ensure high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
- Assign tasks and follow up on work progress
- Train technicians and improve team performance
- Handle operational issues and maintain smooth workflow
- Monitor cleanliness, tools, chemicals, and safety standards
- Coordinate with management regarding workload and deadlines
- Ensure vehicles are delivered on time with top quality
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in car care or automotive detailing
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience is required
- Strong knowledge of detailing, polishing, interior cleaning, ceramic coating, and car care products
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and quality control mindset
- UAE driving license is a plus
- UAE experience preferred
