We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused **Car Care Service Advisor** to join our automotive service team.
The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth service experience from initial consultation to vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
- Provide accurate cost estimates, timelines, and service recommendations.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Keep customers informed about service progress and any additional work required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
- Should have GCC experience.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
