- Ensure all employees carry out their duties efficiently
- Assist in daily restaurant operations related to service
- Ensure food health and safety regulations are strictly followed
- Work in close cooperation with kitchen, stewarding, and cashiers
- Conduct regular training sessions with assigned team
- Monitor duty schedules of restaurant staff
- Ensure proper appearance and grooming of restaurant staff
- Provide excellent wait service, greet customers and escort them to tables
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
- Inform customers about day's specials and up sell additional products
- Communicate order details to kitchen staff
Requirements
- Proven work experience in Fine Dining Restaurants
- Must be locally available in Qatar
- Must have a valid QID and NOC and can join immediately
- Must speak English and Tagalog
- Captain Waitress: 2 years (Required)
- Ability to communicate well in English
- Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays)

Overview
- The Captain Waitress is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Supervisor in the scheduling shifts of the restaurant staff and ensuring that all the employees carry out their duties efficiently. He will be assisting in the daily restaurant operations related to service and he will also assist for
Duties
- Work in close cooperation with the kitchen and stewarding as well as the Restaurant Cashiers to ensure a smooth running operation.
- Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the Restaurant Operations.
- Monitor duty schedules of the restaurant staffs.
- Ensure the proper appearance and grooming of the restaurant staffs.
- Providing excellent wait service, greeting the customers and escort them to their tables.
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).
- Inform customers about the day’s specials and up sell additional products when appropriate.
- Communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Monitor table status and deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
- Carry dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.
