About the Job

Duties

• Coordinate and supervise opening and closing duties for the service brigade.
• Assist with reservation and special-event planning.
• Check equipment and furniture condition, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Support training for waiters, waitresses, and junior waiters.
• Set up the assigned restaurant section correctly and completely.
• Welcome guests, assist with seating, and present menus and beverage lists.
• Recommend items, take food and beverage orders, and ensure speedy service.
• Check table setup, participate during rush hours, and follow billing and cash handling procedures.
• Remain present during service and ensure tables are cleaned and reset promptly.
• Maintain guest relations, handle complaints, and communicate guest feedback to management.
• Attend meetings, briefings, and training sessions as required.
• Maintain a neat uniform and appropriate grooming and hygiene.

Candidate Expectations

• Previous experience in the same role in a luxury hotel is preferred.
• Resort experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are expected.
• Senior School qualification or equivalent is advantageous.
• Russian language proficiency is an added value.
