Position Summary

Coordinate food and beverage service for functions, banquets, restaurants, and coffee breaks.

Support guest satisfaction and maintain service quality throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate service needs to chefs and stewards during functions.
  • Calculate group-function charges and prepare and present checks for payment.
  • Prepare banquet rooms, restaurants, and coffee breaks for service.
  • Set tables according to event type and service standards, including displaying centerpieces.
  • Inspect china, glassware, and silverware for cleanliness and presentation.
  • Check with guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicate allergies, dietary needs, meal requirements, and special requests to the kitchen.
  • Maintain clean work areas and follow safety, security, and quality standards.
  • Welcome guests, answer telephones using appropriate etiquette, and communicate professionally.
  • Build positive working relationships and support team goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • At least two years of related work experience is preferred.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • No license or certification is required.

Schedule

  • The position is scheduled as full time.

Workplace

  • The role is located in the Central Area District North of Al Masjid Al Nabawi, Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
  • The position is not remote and requires physical presence in food and beverage service areas.
