Regional Syndicate Lead – UAE
- This is a high upside strategic partnership opportunity to become the Regional Syndicate Lead for Konzortia Capital's UAE expansion, focused on Alpha Hub, an AI powered platform reshaping private capital markets.
- We are not hiring an employee. We are seeking a true partner: an experienced syndicate architect with an established network of HNWIs, angels, family offices, and institutional investors in the UAE/GCC region.
- This phased engagement starts with high value advisory and evolves into operational expansion and potentially a full time regional leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead capital aggregation through SPVs
- Drive investor introductions (especially in Dubai and Abu Dhabi)
- Support presentations and relationship management
- Position Alpha Hub to capture the booming UAE fintech liquidity
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading syndicates, early stage deals, or capital raises
- Strong, trusted UAE/GCC network (family offices, HNWIs, institutions)
- Belief in AI, blockchain, and fintech as core rails for future finance
- Ready to activate now in a high growth, high accountability partnership
Compensation Structure
- Base Equity Retainer: $90,000 in company shares (vesting monthly over 6 months, with 3 month cliff)
- Cash Commissions: tiered, front loaded for the hardest early capital (up to 5.0%)
- Carried Interest: standardizes quickly to 20% on most tranches
- Success Bonus Equity: up to 1.5% additional common equity for hitting Phase I milestones
- Payout Speed: cash wired <3 business days after cleared funds

- Phase I: $5.2M Strategic Round
- Phase II: Up to $20M Growth Round
