• Our European Restructuring team advises companies, creditors, shareholders and other stakeholders across a broad range of complex financial situations, including balance sheet restructurings, liability management exercises, distressed M&A transactions, recapitalisations and special situations.
• As we continue to expand our franchise across EMEA, we are seeking an experienced Vice President to join our London-based team.
• This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most active and growing restructuring practices in Europe. The successful candidate will play a key role in originating and executing complex restructuring and special situations transactions across a wide range of industries and geographies.
• Working closely with Managing Directors and senior bankers, the Vice President will lead transaction execution, manage junior team members and develop trusted client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the franchise.
• Lead the execution of complex restructuring, recapitalisation, liability management and distressed M&A transactions.
• Manage the day-to-day running of live mandates, coordinating workstreams across internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and review detailed financial models, liquidity forecasts, capital structure analyses and valuation materials.
• Prepare and oversee the production of client presentations, board materials, marketing documents and transaction analyses.
• Support senior bankers in business development activities, including preparing pitch materials and identifying new opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporates, private equity firms, lenders, credit funds, hedge funds and other financial stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop Analysts and Associates, helping to build a high-performing team culture.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and execution quality.
