- Oversee the planning, initiation, and execution of capital projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, timelines, and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, preparing and tracking project plans, and monitoring progress against milestones
- Manage procurement processes for project related goods and services, reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Track budgets, control costs, identify risks, and prepare regular status reports and presentations for leadership
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing Capital Projects and overseeing their full lifecycle from concept to handover
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder management
- Experience in Project Control, including progress tracking, risk management, and reporting on KPIs
- Solid understanding of Budgeting and cost control methods
- Knowledge of Procurement processes, vendor selection, contract review, and supplier performance monitoring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

Role Description
- This part time Capital Projects Manager role is a hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work from home.
- The Capital Projects Manager will oversee the planning, initiation, and execution of capital projects.
- Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, preparing and tracking project plans, and monitoring progress against milestones.
