About the Role
Hazim Brothers for Construction is hiring a Carpentry Manager to oversee the carpentry workshop in Qatar. You will manage production of high-end woodwork, coordinate with project teams, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operations of the carpentry workshop, including planning, scheduling, and supervising production of high end wooden decorations, cabinets, kitchens, doors, and related items
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and interior designers to translate technical drawings and specifications into accurate, high quality carpentry works
- Manage carpentry staff, monitor performance, enforce safety standards, and ensure optimal use of materials, tools, and machinery
- Perform quality control, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain equipment, and support continuous improvement in processes, productivity, and craftsmanship
Requirements
- Strong carpentry and joinery expertise, including experience with high end woodwork, cabinetry, doors, and decorative elements
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
- Demonstrated experience in workshop management, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of carpentry teams
- Knowledge of carpentry machinery, tools, and materials, with a focus on maintenance, safe operation, and efficient production workflows
- Commitment to quality control, with the ability to inspect work, identify defects, and implement corrective actions
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to working with site teams, engineers, and designers
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in workshop and construction environments
- Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC region, especially in interior fit out, palaces, hotels, or luxury residential projects, is an advantage

- Hazim Brothers for Construction (HBC) is a contracting and engineering company established in Qatar, specializing in construction, interior fit out, and high end decoration works.
- Delivers a wide range of projects including residential developments, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, private palaces, and villas.
- Operates multiple in country facilities including a marble and granite factory, carpentry workshop, and specialized facilities for customized gypsum and GRC moldings.
Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Carpentry Manager role based in Qatar.
- Oversee day to day operations of the carpentry workshop, including planning, scheduling, and supervising production of high end wooden decorations, cabinets, kitchens, doors, and related items.
