Pay and Total Rewards
- Base salary range is $55,000 to $85,000.
- Total rewards may include semi-annual performance bonuses, deferred profit sharing, paid benefits, stock purchase discounts, and merit-based salary increases.
Position Overview
The Capacity Planning Analyst plans, coordinates, and supports product flow through the network.
The role focuses on timely delivery, cost control, efficiency, resource availability, bottleneck resolution, and optimization.
The analyst partners with stakeholders, leads cross-functional initiatives, performs regular planning, and supports supply chain strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop plans and strategies to meet product delivery timelines and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute plans and resolve problems.
- Analyze data and provide stakeholder updates to support visibility and decision-making.
- Provide leadership, subject matter expertise, and ad hoc supply chain support.
- Develop, improve, and maintain forecasting models and planning tools.
- Create and present performance reports to track KPIs, identify trends, and highlight improvements.
