- Monitor and optimize capacity across projects, departments, and services.
- Analyze demand and resource utilization, prepare capacity forecasts, and recommend adjustments to ensure operational efficiency and service continuity.
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to align capacity plans with strategic priorities.
- Support the development of policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Identify risks related to capacity constraints, propose mitigation measures, and contribute to continuous improvement of capacity management practices.
Requirements
- Strong capacity planning and capacity management skills to forecast demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence based decision making.
- Operations management experience to coordinate processes, ensure service levels, and improve efficiency.
- Project management skills to support planning, coordination, and delivery of capacity related initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations management, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Experience working in government, public sector, or large complex organizations is beneficial.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and productivity software (e.g., Excel, reporting dashboards, project management tools).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively on site in Dubai.
