🚨 Job Opportunity – Supervisor, Capability Development
A reputable organization in Qatar is seeking a qualified Supervisor, Capability Development to join its Learning & Development team.
📍 Location: Qatar
📌 Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will support the implementation and operationalization of the organization’s Competency Management Framework, including technical competency assessments, competency model development, capability gap analysis, and learning development planning.
Key Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related discipline
✔ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development / Talent Management / Organization Development
✔ Strong hands-on experience with competency frameworks and capability development
✔ Experience in technical competency assessments and reporting
✔ Familiarity with learning pathways, TNA, and training effectiveness evaluation
✔ Strong stakeholder coordination and analytical capability
✔ Industrial / Oil & Gas / Manufacturing background is highly preferred
✔ CIPD, SHRM, or Assessor certifications are an advantage
