Previous machine operator experience required

Previous experience with digital printing, commercial printing, Canon equipment, or similar production print machinery strongly preferred

Comfortable working around large, high-speed production equipment

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Ability to learn machine settings, operating procedures, and quality standards

Strong attention to detail

Dependable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work independently while also contributing to a production team

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where production priorities may change

Ability to work the full assigned 12-hour night shift
