Canning Operator (2nd Shift, 3rd Shift)

All three shifts are available. When you apply, rank your shift preference. We'll match you based on availability and what works for both of us. Being open to more than one shift means a faster offer.

2nd shift — afternoons/evenings, $2/hr more, good if you need mornings free

3rd shift — permanent overnight (not a rotation), $2/hr more, best if you naturally run on a night schedule

Available every scheduled shift — we use a point-based attendance system; exceeding the threshold is a separation event

On your feet 8–12 hours and lifting up to 60 lbs repeatedly — this is physically demanding work, every shift

Comfortable following written SOPs and completing batch records accurately in real time

Able to meet GMP requirements: hair net, no jewelry, no nail polish, no fragrances, dedicated footwear — every shift

Manufacturing experience preferred (food, beverage, pharma, military, trades) — we will train the right person
